Why bring DTP to the Market now?

We felt the product was too good to keep to ourselves. This has been brought into the fore by the recent new technology Direct to Film “DTF”. We realised that we had a very complimentary and eco friendly “Direct to Paper” technology. tranSMART’s “waste” product is FSC approved paper and not a polyester film, it has quicker press times reducing energy consumption and increasing efficiency, ultimately making the unit price more cost effective for you the customer.

Direct to Film “DTF” has brilliantly taken on the Direct to Garment “DTG” process and we see tranSMART “Direct to Paper “DTP” as being a complimentary choice of decoration technique, each with their own USP and benefit. DTF has been a disruptive technology and helped bridge the longstanding perceived gap between DTG and the lesser know Digital transfers that historically were lithographically printed, only accessible at higher volumes and suffered a “hard”
and “plasticky” reputation. This is not the case anymore as you can see, if you have felt the TranSMART product.
